Laju44 Terms and Conditions – Platform Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and laju44 ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the laju44 platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus usage, participation in games, and all other interactions with our services.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account or using any part of the laju44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms contained herein, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are deemed to form part of this agreement.

These terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia for the convenience of local users. In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, this Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail for users from Malaysia.

2 Eligibility to Register and Use the Platform

To be eligible to register and use the laju44 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged at least 18 years old at the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Residing in a geographical area where access to the laju44 platform is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and not being subject to any legal restrictions that prevent the use of this service.
• Has never had an account closed or suspended by laju44 for fraud, misconduct, or prior terms violations.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

Laju44 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address. All documents are securely processed with 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

3 User Account and Member Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the laju44 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with any related earnings.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. laju44 recommends that you:

• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided by the platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the laju44 customer support team via live chat immediately. laju44 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

The full name registered on your account must match the name on your official identification document. laju44 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or e-wallets that do not match the registered account name.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Laju44 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia for members' convenience. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels.

All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review before processing. laju44 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as part of its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes and may not be used solely as a money transfer facility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to fraud prevention regulations. If the original method is unavailable, the withdrawal will be processed to a bank account held in the same name as your laju44 account.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Laju44 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements clearly stated in each offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion.
• Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that expire will be automatically forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before any bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
• Laju44 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of bonus system abuse, including arbitrage betting or the use of multiple accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.

6 General Gaming Rules

All games available on the laju44 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by accredited international testing bodies. This ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are recorded and streamed live from licensed studios. Live Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed unless verified evidence of a technical failure is provided.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, any affected bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Laju44 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external assistance tools to play is a serious violation of these terms.

For sports betting, all odds displayed are in real time and may change before a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.

7 Prohibited Activities on the laju44 Platform

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the laju44 platform:

• Money laundering – Using the platform to conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Payment fraud – Using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you or was obtained unlawfully.
• Collusion – Colluding with other players in table games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse – Creating multiple accounts or using any other method to obtain bonuses beyond the set limits.
• Use of third-party software – Using bots, automated scripts, or assistance tools to play on your behalf.
• System outage – Any attempt to breach, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the platform.
• Account sharing – Allowing others to access or use your laju44 account.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Laju44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account security protection at the member's own request.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method, once all compliance checks are complete.

Accounts closed due to fraud or serious violations are not eligible for re-registration using the same or different information.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The laju44 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, laju44 makes no warranty or representation that the service will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure from external threats.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, laju44 shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses due to service disruptions, technical failures or scheduled maintenance.
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes resulting from the natural odds of the game.
• Losses due to unauthorised account access caused by the user's failure to secure their login credentials.

Laju44's aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Terms Amendment and Applicable Law

Laju44 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via in-platform notifications or email at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except for amendments required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest applicable terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where laju44 operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings.
